Each year the WFC works with the Ozaukee County Historical Society to celebrate Flag Day. Stony Hill School located in Waubeka, Wis., is the site where a young school teacher, Bernard Cigrand held the first Flag Day observance in 1885. Here are some photo highlights from the 2007 event.
